She has worked across brands and categories like FMCG, F&B, Spirits, Banking Finance, Auto, Media, Durables, Luxury products, Mobile telephony, Health care, personal care, home care and more.

Aditi brings to the team her dynamism and quest for exploring the unknown with her rich media experience. Her learning at Sony Entertainment Television spanning close to a decade had her gain a multitude of perspectives.
She is able to spin around a problem and view it through different lenses given her experience across insight mining, marketing and brand teams.
She is passionate about people, their value systems, behavior and the tiniest details of their lives. Her exposure across cultures and stint with the social sector previously also makes her specially inclined towards cultural and ethnographic work.

Riddhi brings to Whitelight her vast research experience across various fields along with her infectious enthusiasm.
Her years of research at Quantum as well as Whitelight have given her rich exposure across varied product categories including personal, health care, FMCG, confectionaries, beverages, media, automobiles, technology, electronics, finance & banking, lifestyle magazines.
She loves to interact with people, to directly mine insights both said and unsaid. She has also been accredited with HUL for the past few years now.

Subha is an all-rounder with rich qualitative experience as well as strong quantitative research skills, honed across her years with Synovate and Ipsos previously.
She has covered a wide range of research studies in categories as vast as FMCG to media to agriculture & technology. Additionally, Subha is also an HUL accredited moderator.
With her grounded approach & innate ability to look for trends, she’s worked with a number of large brands globally.

Priyanka has studied MBA in marketing, she has prior industry experience as a content writer.
Her fascination with research began with an outsider’s view; when she was a respondent.
The process of research piqued her interest, and she was keen to understand the inner workings of a qualitative researcher.
She began with the role of being a translator for projects to transcribing group notes. Her responsibilities grew at each stage and she got a glimpse of the different roles; before she naturally gravitated to the role in seeking deeper insights from projects; especially with her roots as a content writer it felt like a perfect match.
Jigna brings to WhiteLight, her vast experience in research across field for over 25 years. Starting off as an interviewer to now managing projects across various categories, she’s set new benchmarks in multitasking and added a much needed rigor to ensuring the highest quality in all out field work

Fresh out of college and a fresher at work, her pov of things, hammers us into looking at everything anew.
Shreya is a BBA graduate from NMIMS with a keen eye for data models. A data analyst with an opinion, she sets new benchmarks in time management and has the ability to do it right the first time around.
We call her the spirit of the office and we are glad to have her double up as the internal brand custodian of our own brand - WhiteLight.
With a background of Accounts & Finance, Tejas’ keen interest towards market research stems from his experience of being a respondent himself.
Over the years, he has grown into becoming a mature and diverse moderator and analyser.
One of his biggest takeaways from his own journey is - the end goal is not to meet the expectation but to exceed them.
Known for his ability to execute tasks with utmost perfection within a set deadline, we call him the “anchor”. He leads by example and is known to achieve the best possible outcomes from the trickiest situations with his calm and composed demeanor.
